As a
Mechanical Design Engineer
, you will
take ownership of mechanical modules, subsystems, or larger scopes
within high-tech systems. You will
translate requirements into robust concepts and detailed designs
, working closely with architects, system designers, and engineering teams to deliver
high-performance solutions
.

first-time-right designs
that balance
performance, manufacturability, and reliability
.
We're hiring Mechanical Design Engineers to:
Translate specifications into well-founded mechanical concepts and detailed designs
Take ownership of mechanical modules or subsystems
within complex systems
Perform
advanced engineering analyses
(tolerance analysis, strength, stiffness, FEM)
Develop and detail
3D models, drawings, and technical documentation
Make
substantiated design decisions
considering manufacturability, cost, and performance
Collaborate closely
with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
Contribute to
system integration, testing, and validation
Identify technical risks
and drive effective solutions
Guide and support junior engineers and designers
For more senior profiles:
Lead technical work packages or mechanical design scopes
Act as a
technical sparring partner to system architects
Contribute to
system-level design and architecture decisions
Take a leading role in
mentoring and coaching
We're looking for someone experienced with as much of the following as possible:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
(BSc/MSc/PhD)
5+ years (medior) to 10+ years (senior)
experience in high-tech or precision engineering
Experience in industries such as
semiconductors, high-tech equipment, aerospace, automotive, medical devices, or robotics
Proven experience working on
complex mechanical or mechatronic systems
(not just individual components)
Strong
analytical skills
and experience with
engineering calculations and FEM
Proven experience with
tolerance analysis and precision design
Experience working in a
multidisciplinary development environment
Knowledge of
precision mechanics and high-accuracy design principles
Experience with
CAD tools and complex 3D design
Strong knowledge of
Design for Excellence (DfX)
Ability to
take ownership and work independently
Strong
communication skills
and stakeholder alignment
