Mid-level Backend Developer

Our Tech Development Team is a fully autonomous engineering unit responsible for designing, building, deploying, and maintaining high-quality backend services within a modern microservices ecosystem. The team operates under a full DevOps mindset, ensuring that developers own the complete lifecycle of the software — from architecture and development to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Working in an Agile environment, the team collaborates closely to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend services using
.NET, C#, EF Core, and SQL Server
.
Design and evolve
microservices
that are scalable, secure, and resilient.
Own the full DevOps lifecycle:
build, test, deploy, monitor, and support
services.
Collaborate with an
Agile/Scrum
team, contributing to planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure high standards of
code quality, testing, and documentation
.
What are we looking for:
2–3 years of experience
in backend development with
.NET and C#
, building clean, reliable, and scalable services.
2–3 years working with Entity Framework Core and SQL Server
, designing efficient data models and queries.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with microservices architecture
, including service design, APIs, and distributed systems.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Strong English communication skills
, both spoken and written.

Range Salary: 25k – 35k annually (gross value) – this value depends in your proven experience.
