Principal Project Manager Location: BrusselsSecurity Clearance: NATO Secret Reference No C*******QualificationsMaster's degree from a nationally recognised university in a related discipline with at least 5 years post‐related experience.Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years post‐related experience.Recognised project management qualification (e.g. Prince2 Practitioner, MSP, PMI or Agile) and at least 8 years of experience managing major communication and/or command and control systems for a large organisation.Demonstrated expertise in the domain if formal qualification is not held.Experience applying multi‐discipline engineering and management techniques in the acquisition of complex communication and information systems.DesirableExtensive experience with project planning toolsets, preferably ServiceNow.Recognised Service Management qualification (e.g. ITIL Foundation, ITIL specialist courses).Experience in private and/or public cloud infrastructure deployment and migration projects (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and transitioning projects to services and operations.ResponsibilitiesManage and motivate project team(s) with clear guidance and assignment of work.Apply standard project management techniques in accordance with the Prince2 methodology (e.g. change control, risk/issue management).Develop and maintain project plans in ServiceNow in compliance with NCIA Directives and best practices.Additional Information For further information, please contact the point of contact for this offer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
