You will remain close to the code and architecture, while also taking ownership of the team's success, wellbeing, and progression.Key Responsibilities as their Tech Lead:Technical (60%) Lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native applications using AWS serverless architecture Contribute to and review high-quality code (TypeScript, Node.Js) Build modern web and mobile solutions using React / React Native Own technical output and ensure engineering quality across your squad Provide architectural guidance and drive best practices Leadership & People (40%) Act as a servant leader for your team—supporting, mentoring, and enabling engineers to do their best work Take ownership of pastoral care, team wellbeing, and creating an inclusive, high-performing culture Support career development, progression planning, and regular feedback cycles Help engineers grow through coaching, 1:1s, and personal development plans Foster a collaborative environment across Product, Design, and EngineeringWhat They Offer: Competitive salary of up to €78,000 + Annual bonus Flexible hybrid working (only once a month MAX in their Coimbra office.
