Calibration Expert Role
We are seeking an experienced Calibration Engineer to join our team in ensuring the quality of our products. As a key member, you will play a vital role in promoting and supporting the quality culture across the site. Your responsibilities will include leading continuous calibrations on-site with the Calibration team, approving external sources, training, instructing, and guiding the organization on calibration best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and promote the quality culture
* Lead calibrations continuously on site together with the Calibration team
* Approve calibrations from external sources
* Train, instruct, and guide the organization on calibration
* Support production - Partner towards production for calibration
* Initiate investigations of failed calibration
* Support Test Methods transfers
Requirements:
* Relevant degree (or higher)
* Minimum 2 years as a Calibration Engineer/Metrology Engineer or similar within a production environment
* Solid understanding within the field of Metrology and Calibration and Quality
* Knowledge of software for calibration maintenance
* Project knowledge and experience
* Production knowledge – Value chain understanding
* Business understanding: Holistic understanding of End-To-End production
* Fluent in spoken and written English
