Senior Associate Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.
Your primary focus will be on providing strategic support to our managers, ensuring seamless client engagement and accurate information delivery. You'll also be responsible for implementing and maintaining people-first solutions, leveraging cloud-based technology to drive organizational success.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Support Managers with client engagement to guarantee timely and accurate information provision
2. Implement and maintain people-first solutions powered by cloud-based technology
3. Deliver daily functional support to teams to ensure successful payroll delivery
4. Maintain the Client Solution workbook
5. Update, maintain, and enforce Defined Work Instructions (DWIs) and other process documentation
6. Ensure System Maintenance Testing
7. Review Statements of Works before sharing with Clients to ensure fit-for-purpose
8. Resolve Technical/Functional issues escalated from teams and report system issues/defects correctly
9. Work with Operational Management, Transformation, and Products to implement automation, innovation, and continuous improvement programs
10. Manage the legislation roadmap and upskill the team in upcoming changes and update processes where necessary
11. Support Year-End activities
12. Recognize and handle sensitive/confidential information appropriately
13. Proactively identify upsell opportunities
14. Support Management in resolving client escalations and lessons learned
15. Upskill and develop team members through training delivery and coaching
16. Achieve STRADA Security Standards
17. Complete Time Recording accurately and on time
18. Participate in team meetings and raise any issues immediately to your Operations Manager
19. Stay updated on all STRADA HR announcements and communications
20. Foster good relationships with lines of businesses where applicable
21. Participate in projects and activities as needed and assigned
