We are looking for aMarketing Manager based in Portugalto own and execute Bybit EU's local marketing strategy. This role is critical todriving eFTD growth, strengthening brand presence, and accelerating execution speedacross acquisition, community, social, and partnerships. You will act as thelocal marketing owner, translating EU and global priorities into high‐impact, Portugal‐specific initiatives, while working closely with the Country Manager and central marketing teams. What You'll Do Own and execute thePortugal integrated marketing strategy, aligned with EU growth and revenue objectives. Plan, launch, and optimizelocalized acquisition campaigns(eFTD‐focused) across KOLs, referrals, community, and partnerships. Manage and scalelocal marketing partners, including KOLs, PR agencies, media partners, and affiliates. Leadsocial media and content strategyfor Portugal, ensuring consistent brand voice, strong engagement, and campaign amplification. Coordinate and executelocal events, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships(retail, VIP, institutional, and brand). Build, engage, and grow thePortuguese communitythrough online and offline initiatives. Track performance, analyze results, andoptimize marketing ROI, sharing insights with EU and global stakeholders. What You Bring 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in fintech, payments, or digital products. Proven experience drivinguser acquisition and growth metrics(CPA / ROI). Native Portuguese speaker, fluent in English. Based in Portugalwith basic understanding of the local and cultural landscape. Experience working withKOLs, communities, and performance marketing channels. Strong execution mindset with the ability to move fast and manage multiple initiatives in parallel. Data‐driven, comfortable working with dashboards, KPIs, and experimentation. Able to perform data-driven reports. Nice to Have Experience working with KOLs, communities, and performance marketing channels. Familiarity with card products, fiat rails, and spot‐focused GTM strategies.
