Main Opportunity
We are hiring a Senior Program Manager to our Product Growth team in Portugal.
This is a unique opportunity to play a strategic role at the intersection of Product, Data, and Business, driving initiatives that directly impact Wellhub's subscriber growth — one of the company's top priorities.
Promote and push forward a pipeline of high-leverage initiatives within PD, in alignment with company-level growth goals;
Navigate across different teams and contexts to uncover, discuss, and unlock impactful product growth opportunities;
Structure and maintain a holistic, data-informed view of subscriber growth drivers across the full journey—from acquisition to retention;
Investigate internal and external trends that reveal new subscriber growth opportunities;
Foster insight-led, clearly-reasoned prioritization discussions across PD teams;
Follow up and report on the progress and consolidated impact of the initiatives prioritized;
Define key metrics and monitor and analyze them to track growth progress;
Work closely with the data team to continuously identify gaps and insights around subscriber growth levers;
Establish lightweight governance mechanisms to ensure sustained focus on growth across PD;

Main Requirements
2–4 years of experience in strategy, business analysis, or growth-oriented roles—ideally in a top-tier management consulting firm or fast-paced tech/growth environment;
Experience with Consumer (B2C or B2B2C) business, preferably digital product;
Structured thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills, able to break down ambiguity into clear and actionable paths forward;
Comfortable navigating data to generate insights and influence decisions of product improvements. Experience working with data analysts and data teams in general;
Understanding of growth dynamics and subscriber funnels, and ability to structure and interpret funnel analyses to inform decision-making;
Project management skills and proven experience leading or coordinating cross-functional initiatives where alignment, stakeholder management, follow-through and reporting were essential;
Hands-on, self-starting, and driven to make a tangible impact—thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments;
Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences;
Fluent in English.
