Tableau Data Engineer
The role involves designing and maintaining data infrastructure for Tableau-based reporting, integrating and transforming data from multiple sources, and managing Tableau Server architecture.
Key Responsibilities
* Data Infrastructure Design: Design and maintain data infrastructure supporting Tableau-based reporting
* Integration and Transformation: Integrate, transform and model data from multiple sources
* Server Architecture Management: Manage Tableau Server architecture, including upgrades, migrations, and key changes
* Technical Support: Support business users and developers with technical implementation and best practices
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to industrialize reporting needs
* Environment Configuration: Configure and support non-production environments
* Dashboard Development: Develop Tableau dashboards and internal monitoring tools
* Insight Delivery: Ensure accuracy, scalability, and reliability of delivered insights
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a Data Engineer, proficiency in Tableau Server architecture, and strong experience with SQL and Python.
