We are looking for anITSM Consultantto join one of our major clients,a leading Portuguese retail and business group driving large-scale digital operations and innovation across multiple sectors.

Location:Porto (hybrid)
What you will do
- Implement, configure, maintain, and evolve an enterprise ITSM platform
- Develop and optimize workflows, forms, service catalogues, automations, and integrations with other tools
- Collaborate closely with Service Management teams and the Product Manager to translate functional requirements into robust technical implementations
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform incidents while driving continuous improvements in performance and security
What you are like
- Strong experience working with ITSM platforms such as BMC Helix, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar
- Solid technical background in customization, scripting, and API-based integrations
- Deep knowledge of ITIL processes and the ability to translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Autonomous, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate problems while avoiding fragile or short-term fixes
- AI-ready mindset: curious, pragmatic, and capable of identifying and implementing AI-driven improvements
