Nortempo is currently looking for a Travel Officer (m/f) for a client in the area of Porto.RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKSEffectively plan, coordinate, and manage travel arrangements for individuals or teams via a tool.
Ensure seamless travel booking process, manage travel budgets, and troubleshoot issues as they arise, all while ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines and optimizing travel efficiency.Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics.
This includes booking flights, hotels, and transportation, creating detailed itineraries, and handling conflicting schedules.Out-of-Scope Bookings: Manage travel arrangements that fall outside the standard scope, ensuring all special requirements are met.Newcomers: Handle travel bookings for new employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.Family Assignments: Coordinate travel for employees' family assignments, ensuring all logistics are efficiently managed.Contractors' Bookings: Oversee travel arrangements for contractors, ensuring their travel needs are met in accordance with company policies.JOB REQUIREMENTSBachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Logistics or any other relevant area.5 years in the travel industry (hotel, logistic, airlines, visa).Knowledge of IT tools and applications (SAP Concur) and ability to apply this knowledge and/or perform the function management to provide high quality operational services.Optimism and enthusiasm when faced with set-backs; showing resilience; demonstrating a self-disciplined learning approach in support of continuous development.OFFER• 1 year contract• Attractive salary• International and friendly working environment• Flexible schedule• Hybrid regime (2 day at home per week)GESERFOR GESTÃO DE RH E EMPRESA DE TRABALHO TEMPORÁRIO, S.A.
