After rapidly scaling their Coimbra Tech Hub from 0-200 engineers, they're now looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to help design and optimise global, data-driven marketing automation solutions.
You'll play a key role in shaping the end-to-end marketing experience, working with best-in-class Salesforce tools to deliver personalised campaigns at scale while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
What you'll be doing:
* Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions across multiple markets
* Develop and optimise email campaigns, Journey Builder flows, and automation workflows
* Manage data extensions, segmentation, and personalisation strategies
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve campaign performance and engagement
* Implement integrations and automation to enhance marketing efficiency
* Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation
* Ensure best practices and compliance with GDPR/CCPA
