Maximize Your Sales Potential in the DACH Region
We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Specialist to spearhead sales efforts and expand business relationships with TeamViewer customers in the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
* Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across the TeamViewer product platform
* Negotiate and close sales contracts while maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
* Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure exceptional service quality and delivery
* Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform strategic decisions
Requirements:
* Fluency in German and English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
* Proven experience in sales, preferably with expertise in up-selling and cross-selling
* Background in IT or SaaS environment an asset; familiarity with sales methodologies and CRM systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn and thrive in a dynamic team environment
