Marketing Services, within D&S, develops and executes marketing programs to help clients achieve their goals. The Advisors Creative Desk, part of D&S, is responsible for ideating and creating engaging, on-brand content solutions that connect advertising partners, platforms, and our portfolio of brands.
As a Creative Desk Project Manager, you must have a passion for managing production resource planning for marketing communications and ensuring the efficient management of the Creative Desk capabilities. You should possess a creative flair, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple project deliverables. Strong people management, communication, and resourcing skills are essential. A keen interest in business improvement initiatives and smooth onboarding of new team members is also required.
Role:
* Work closely with the Creative Desk Project Manager and production leads to ensure end-to-end development and delivery of campaigns for assigned customers, primarily in the UK, Nordics & Baltics, and Benelux regions.
* Maintain rigorous adherence to resource and project management platforms such as monday.com, Salesforce, and Aprimo.
* Take overall responsibility for producing communications materials on time and within budget through effective resource planning and management.
* Coordinate project resourcing from initiation to delivery.
* Ensure project stages meet client and creative briefs, budgets, resources, and deadlines.
* Monitor current traffic processes and suggest improvements where necessary.
* Manage campaign resources and update stakeholders on requirements and supply status.
* Manage vendors, SOWs, and PO requirements.
* Support regional Creative Desk lead with business reporting.
* Build effective relationships with key departments across D&S and Mastercard, such as Sourcing, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and the broader Advisors Client Services team.
All About You:
* Proven project and account management experience.
* Experience managing high-volume traffic projects from start to finish.
* Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
* Adept at briefing creative teams and reporting to clients.
* Skilled at working under pressure.
* Bachelor's degree with postgraduate qualifications in creative or digital marketing.
Language: Fluency in English required. Additional languages such as Portuguese or regional languages (UK, Nordics & Baltics, Benelux) are a plus.
