What are you going to do?
- Set up the ITSM module (Change Management, Service Requests, Incident Management, Problem Management);
- Improve business processes and manage continuous improvement projects;
- Analyze the current environment and propose automation solutions where possible;
- Manage technical documentation;
- Maintain Service Catalog and Service Level Management;
- Coordinate upgrades and changes to the ServiceNow instance;
- Manage permissions and access controls (roles, users, groups);
- Maintain instance performance through regular checkups;
- Troubleshoot day-to-day operations and system issues;
- Deploy update sets from non-production environments;
- Configure notifications and alerts;
- Create and schedule reports;
- Manage CMDB health;
- Manage access control lists and scripting (server and client scripts);
- Develop and manage standard load templates for data import;
- Resolve incidents and fulfill routine service requests;
- Provide process training to business owners.
What are we looking for?
- Expertise in ServiceNow configuration, administration, and usage;
- Hands-on experience in development, management, and deployment with ServiceNow;
- Experience troubleshooting system issues and implementing permanent solutions;
- Experience working in the banking sector;
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, XML, and Web services (REST, API, SOAP);
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and workflows;
- Knowledge of ServiceNow delivery and ITIL best practices;
- Certification as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator – a plus;
- Certification in ITSM Fundamentals – a plus;
- Certification of ITIL Foundation – a plus;
- Fluent in English – mandatory;
- Fluent in French – a plus.
