Job Responsibilities
1) Supporting the preparation of the work plan, programming the necessary resources (materials / services / equipment), namely the work schedule and respective financial and human resource requirements, promoting the respective updates
2) Monitoring its execution, analyzing costs and income, as well as existing deviations, suggesting the necessary corrective actions;
3) Monitoring planning in terms of the critical path and key dates;
4) Participate in drawing up the strategic execution plan and the strategic operational plan;
5) Monitoring the progress of the work, checking compliance with the technical specifications and making the necessary revisions, providing the design elements requested by the different areas, by carrying out checks, updates and corrections to the project dossier.
6) Supporting the management of Human Resources, planning and coordinating their allocation to the various activities to be carried out
7) Assisting in the registration of correspondence associated with contract management and the timely dispatch to the client and other entities, ensuring the reliability of the information;
8) Based on the company's established policies and legal and contractual requirements, assisting in the definition, implementation and monitoring of work plans and inspecting processes in terms of Quality, Environment and Safety.
Job Requirements
* Higher education degree in Civil Engineering;
* 2-3 years of experience in the role.
* Valid registration as a Full Member of the Order of Engineers;
* Residence or availability to work in the Aveiro region.
