We are seeking a seasoned technical support professional to bolster our global team. This key role ensures technical excellence, client-facing support, and problem-solving across distributed systems.
* Act as a technical reference for installations, configurations, and debugging activities.
* Troubleshoot complex issues using Java, logs, and system analysis.
* Configure products through property files and client-specific integrations.
* Support deployments, environment management, and production operations.
* Work directly with client teams to understand technical requirements and ensure seamless implementation.
* Collaborate with customer success and engineering teams to maintain stability and high performance.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and documentation.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience with Java, strong troubleshooting skills in distributed systems, and excellent communication in English.
This is a long-term, stable position supporting a major international project.
