About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Customer Expert to support small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) using one of the world's leading digital advertising platforms. Your insights will help businesses grow and your skills will thrive in a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the primary advisor for SMBs using digital advertising solutions, providing expert guidance on how to maximize their potential.
* Support customers before and after their purchases through chat, email, and phone, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues promptly.
* Help clients master self-service advertising tools, empowering them to take control of their advertising campaigns.
* Share expert product knowledge to drive customer satisfaction (CSAT), consistently delivering high-quality results.
* Handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care, maintaining confidentiality and upholding our company values.
Requirements:
* Fluent English (C1 and higher) both spoken and written.
* A natural communicator with empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills.
* Independent and resourceful, but also a great team player.
* Resilient and quick to adapt in a dynamic environment.
* Comfortable handling confidential information.
* Eager to learn and master new tools and platforms.
* Holder of an EU passport or valid Portuguese residence card.
Work Details:
* Work Location: On-site in Lisbon (modern office).
* Schedule: 40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts + 1-hour break, rotational between 06.00 and 00.00 (weekends & holidays included).
* Time Off: 22 vacation days per year + compensation for public holidays worked.
