WORKPLACE: Lisbon (Remote)
ROLE:
* Develop, monitor, and manage the budget, plans, deadlines, and scope of BI projects;
* Manage project resources (such as BI analysts and engineers), including their development, motivation, monitoring, and advising;
* Work closely with functional teams to define business requirements;
* Define test plans and ensure the quality of deliverables prior to user acceptance testing;
* Facilitate the user acceptance testing process by developing implementation plans and procedures;
* Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses;
* Ensure the adoption of appropriate systems development and project management processes;
* Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors.
PROFILE:
* Higher education in Information Technology or similar field;
* Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in Project or Program Management;
* Experience working in a technical context in the IT field;
* PMP certification;
* Knowledge of AI is valued;
* Fluency in English;
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
* Strong communication skills;
* Sense of responsibility, proactivity, and autonomy.
