: Junior Financial & Business Reporting Analyst
Requirements:
Degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or related field
2–3 years of experience in financial reporting, controlling, audit, or business analysis
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
Fluent in English
Good communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus
Responsibilities:
Support the business analysis of monthly and quarterly financial and operational reports
Assist in management reporting and business performance analysis
Perform analytical variance analysis
Support the budgeting and forecasting cycles
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports
Maintain and update reporting files and dashboards
Provide support on ad-hoc financial/operational analysis requests
Contribute to process improvements and reporting automation initiatives
