Create and maintain capital investments projects and its budgets, and track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts.
Maintain a fixed asset system for accounting, processing, and reporting of assets. Record fixed asset acquisitions and disposals in the accounting system, generate monthly depreciation postings, review, and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation.
About the Role
* Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining capital investments projects and their budgets, as well as tracking the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts.
* Maintaining a fixed asset system for accounting, processing, and reporting of assets is also an important part of this role.
* Additional duties include recording fixed asset acquisitions and disposals in the accounting system, generating monthly depreciation postings, reviewing, and updating the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation.
