We are actively seeking a highly motivated French-Speaking Customer Advisor to integrate into our expanding team located in Lisbon. In this capacity, you will serve as the principal liaison for our French-speaking clientele, delivering support that is consistently friendly, professional, and focused on providing effective solutions. Your main objective will be to assist customers by efficiently addressing their questions, successfully resolving any problems they encounter, and ensuring they have an exceptional service experience during every single interaction.

Core Responsibilities

* Provide direct support to French-speaking customers across various communication channels, including telephone, email, live chat, or other digital means.
* Deliver precise information, execute thorough troubleshooting steps, and effectively guide customers toward practical solutions.
* Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, empathy, and client satisfaction in all customer engagements.
* Collaborate effectively with internal departments to escalate or bring to resolution more intricate and complex customer issues.
* Ensure all customer interactions are logged accurately and maintained meticulously within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
* Adhere strictly to all organizational procedures, defined service-level agreements (SLAs), and prescribed quality control standards.
* Actively foster a supportive and positive team atmosphere and proactively contribute suggestions for continuous operational improvement.
* Commit to staying fully informed about product knowledge, new features, and company policies to ensure the highest possible quality of service delivery.


Essential Skills and Qualifications

* Fluent in French (requiring native proficiency or a minimum C1 level qualification).
* Possesses a good working proficiency in English (B2 level or above).
* Strong verbal and written communication capabilities, with a proven ability to convey information clearly and effectively to others.
* Adopts a strong customer-centric approach, demonstrating patience, empathy, and meticulous attention to detail.
* Demonstrates basic competence with computer applications and the aptitude to quickly master new software platforms.
* Must be capable of working physically on-site at our office location in Lisbon.
* Must be an EU citizen or hold valid, current work authorization/residency documents that permit legal employment within Portugal.


Desirable (Non-Mandatory) Experience

* Previous professional experience in customer service, technical support, the hospitality sector, or a closely related client-facing domain.
* Familiarity with using CRM platforms or prior experience within a contact center environment.
* A clear interest in cultivating a long-term professional trajectory within customer experience or business operations.
