Your daily responsibilities:
Answering customer questions in Danish via multiple channels

Contributing to continuous improvements in processes and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Native Danish speaker with excellent
C1-level English
Willing and able to
relocate to Portugal immediately
Customer support experience is an
advantage but not mandatory
Must have
EU citizenship or a Portuguese residence card
