What You’ll Do:
• Translate business requirements into scalable BPM applications, ensuring best practices in performance, security and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including analysts, QA and operations—to deliver on-time, high‑quality releases using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum of 5 years’ hands‑on experience in Appian or other BPM technologies.
• Proven track record in Appian architecture design and application development.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches.
