We are looking for a Project Manager for this project
Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope and budget are fully controlled.
* Act as the main client interface, running meetings, workshops and steering discussions.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, execution and efficient risk mitigation.
* Manage change, priorities and expectations while defending project value and scope.
* Deeply understand the fintech product and use that knowledge to guide client decisions and delivery.
What are we looking for?
* Strong technical background with experience in Waterfall and hybrid methodologies (Kanban).
* Advanced ability to manage budget, scope, planning and track project performance deviations.
* Leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to guide teams and clients confidently.
* Excellent communication abilities with senior stakeholders, including C-Level executives.
* Strong risk management, problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities in complex environments.
