In this context, we are seeking for a senior accounts payable french speaker.
This role will report to the accounts payable team leader of the SSC.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate and oversee Accounts Payable activities within your scope, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to deadlines;
Act as a referent for APprocesses, supporting and guiding junior team members;
Manage the full APcycle: invoice processing, validation, posting, and payment follow-up;
Monitor and analyze supplier accounts, ensuring proper reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies;
Ensure proper accountingtreatment and follow-up of: FNP (Accrued Expenses), CCA (Prepaid Expenses), Provisions and Advances and down payments on orders;
Take ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met;
Perform analyticalreviews and justify balances related to AP accounts;
Act as a key interface with internal stakeholders (finance, controlling, operations) and external suppliers;
Identify process improvements and contribute to the optimization of AP workflows;
