What you will do in this role
As a Communications Specialist, you will:
* Managing Internal Communications – Supporting program updates (weekly, monthly and quarterly), creation of Newsletters, preparing PowerPoint presentations.
* Drive external facing campaigns (1-2 times per month) with goal to improve awareness around Attaching services, Premium services, Client's tool functionalities and other relevant information.
* Prepare deliverable presentation around results and impact of the campaigns prepared.
* Support the development of editorial content that is consistent with the company's brand identity.
* Optimizing content for corporate pages within different digital channels.
* Create/edit consistent, meaningful digital content for corporate digital channels, including writing, and editing social and/or paid media posts and emails to improving customer engagement, and promoting digital channel campaigns.
* Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
* Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media content strategy for optimal results.
* Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends organic and paid media.
Your qualifications

* Are highly proficient in English, both written and verbal (C1)
* Have 3-5 years of proven experience as a communications specialist.
* Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
* Have strong experience in copywriting and editing, delivering high-quality content.
* Have a solid understanding of project management principles, ensuring smooth execution of communication initiatives.
* Are highly organized, with outstanding planning and multitasking abilities.
* Are proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, to create polished presentations.
* Have experience in visual communication/design (a plus).
* Are skilled at managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
* Thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment, adapting quickly to changing demands.
* Have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Are able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve communication goals.
* Bring creativity and strategic thinking to your communication and presentation work.
