We are pleased to present an excellent opportunity for a nanny with a Russian-speaking background to join a family in the beautiful coastal town of Cascais, Portugal. Known for its picturesque beaches, charming historical sites, and proximity to Lisbon, Cascais is a sought-after location for both relaxation and cultural exploration. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a Russian-speaking family who is looking for an emotionally intelligent, nurturing, and flexible nanny to care for their two-year-old son. The family is welcoming, and the ideal candidate will be someone who can provide a high standard of care while adapting to the family's international lifestyle.
As a nanny, you will be responsible for caring for a 2-year-old boy, ensuring his developmental needs are met while providing a safe and nurturing environment. This role will require you to accompany the family on frequent travels within Europe, Russia, and the UAE, offering a unique opportunity to experience different cultures. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Russian mentality, with fluency in both Russian and conversational English, and preferably Portuguese. You will also need to be open and able to travel internationally and possess an EU passport or valid EU residency to facilitate smooth travel across borders.

Main duties of the Full-Time Nanny:
- Full-time care for a 2-year-old boy, ensuring safety, well-being, and developmental support.
- Accompanying the family on international travels (Europe, Russia, UAE).
- Engaging the child in age-appropriate activities that encourage development.
- Ensuring the child's needs are met, both physically and emotionally.
- Managing the child's daily routine and maintaining a structured environment.
- Ensuring open communication with the family about the child's progress.
- No childcare for other children (only the 2-year-old boy).
- Basic housekeeping related to the child (cleaning the child's room, tidying toys, etc.).
Requirements for this Full-Time Nanny job:
- Three or more years of private nanny experience
- Two excellent checkable references
- Native Russian, conversational English
- EU passport or valid EU residency (for international travel)
- Valid working permit for Portugal
