We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative, fluent in French and English, to join our dynamic and international team in Lisbon.This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth communication between clients and employees, guaranteeing high-quality and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:? Coordinate with employees to ensure timely execution of services? Support clients during the onboarding process, ensuring accurate data collection? Troubleshoot service execution issues (e.g., access difficulties)? Manage client feedback, including complaints, damages, or quality concerns? Handle employee absences according to internal procedures? Ensure clients' payment information is accurate and up to date? Respond to employee inquiries about contracts and payroll? Provide performance feedback to employees and escalate issues when necessary? Process contract changes as needed? Assist in planning and organizing events for employees and clients? Make regular contact with employees and clients to ensure service quality and gather feedback
