External Partnerships and Event Manager ">
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented External Partnerships and Event Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing our global partnership with TED and coordinating event amplification campaigns for our presence at major events such as WEF Davos, Cannes Lions, MWC, and CES. ">
Your responsibilities will include:

Project managementand curation (in collaboration with TED) of events for local live audiences, including branding, communications, speaker identification and coaching Ongoing promotion of TED Talks and the TED partnership across channels Drive annual multi-channel ad campaign across TED's digital platforms Manage TED training collaborations and other special projects ">
In addition, you will support the creation and delivery of multichannel internal and external communications campaigns around our presence at flagship events, including:

Working with internal marketing teams to support the creation and amplification of content for maximum reach and impact Project managing the end-to-end delivery of the communications plan from brainstorm to execution and measurement Enabling local and practice area marketing teams by communicating and distributing information and being a point of contact to ensure clarity, consistency and delivery as the campaign is activated Capturing metrics and building post-event campaign reports in conjunction with channel owners ">
To succeed in thisrole,you will need to have exceptional attention to detail and project management skills, with a high degree of flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work under pressure. You will also need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with various teams across the marketing organization. ">

Requirements ">
Undergraduate degree from a respected institution required At least 2-3 years professional experience with a focus on partnership management, marketing, communications, ideally in a professional services firm or a global media organization;
international experience a plus Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Trello, Slack, PowerPoint, Excel Very strong written and spoken English language skills ">
