Job Responsibilities
1. Support the development of ENERCON Group's global compliance management system (CMS) in coordination with the Corporate Governance department and related teams.
2. Participate in identifying, analyzing, evaluating, and managing compliance risks, including communication and monitoring.
3. Maintain and implement guidelines, processes, and documentation related to compliance.
4. Analyze changes in legislation and requirements relevant to compliance and communicate updates to the relevant areas within the ENERCON Group.
5. Contribute to the design, organization, and execution of the global compliance training program.
6. Support and maintain the Whistleblower System.
7. Participate in overarching projects within the Corporate Governance department.
Qualifications
* Completed studies in law or economics.
* Relevant professional experience in compliance.
* Interest in developing and detailing processes, methods, and procedures.
* Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and conflict management abilities.
* High initiative, team-oriented, and proactive.
* Analytical, conceptual skills, meticulous, and results-driven.
* Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
