Role Overview
* We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international insurance project in Lisbon. In this role, you will support German-speaking customers by handling inquiries related to insurance policies, claims, and general account support while ensuring a high level of service quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide customer support via phone, email, and/or chat in German and English
* Assist customers with insurance-related inquiries, policy information, and basic claims support
* Accurately document customer interactions and update internal systems
* Follow internal guidelines, procedures, and compliance requirements
* Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering clear and professional communication
* Meet individual and team KPIs related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases when needed
Requirements
* Fluent German (C1 or native level)
* Good command of English for internal communication
* Previous experience in customer service (insurance experience is a plus, not mandatory)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in rotational shifts within business hours
* Attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset
* EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
Compensation & Benefits
* Base Salary: 1,100 € (paid over 14 months)
* Performance Bonus: 100 € (paid over 12 months)
* Complexity Allowance: 100 € (paid over 11 months)
* Meal Allowance: 7.63 € per day
* Health Insurance: since day 1 (free after 6 months of contract.)
