Oracle Service Cloud (OSC) Implementation Lead (Based in Portugal)
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Consultant to act as the Oracle Service Cloud (OSC) Implementation Lead in a large-scale Financial Services transformation project.
This role is pivotal in leading the full configuration and implementation of Oracle Service Cloud from scratch, orchestrating the migration of three on-premise legacy systems—Sun Accounts (financial system), Oracle CRM, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, into a unified Oracle Service Cloud platform.
The OSC Expert will ensure a high-quality, scalable customer service solution that supports critical financial services operations (such as customer support, account management, and service inquiries) while maximizing configuration and minimizing custom development to align with business goals.
The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in Oracle Service Cloud architecture and configuration with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
This is a remote position with occasional travel to the UK, over a 1-year project duration.

Experience and Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience implementing Oracle Service Cloud solutions and leading project teams.
• 3+ years of hands-on expertise with Oracle Service Cloud configuration, customization, and integration.
• Experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud or other Oracle CX applications is a plus.
• Background in Energy & Utilities sector with knowledge of customer service processes is preferred.
• Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow) certification or relevant Oracle CX certification is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in large-scale CRM or customer service platform implementations is highly desirable.
