Key Account Manager

* Account Management:
o Develop and execute account plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.

* Sales and Business Development:
o Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to drive revenue growth and expansion.
o Partner with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
o Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement go-to-market strategies.
* Customer Insights:
o Conduct regular business reviews to understand customer needs and preferences.
o Use data and analytics to inform sales and marketing strategies and optimize customer engagement.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Sales or a related field, or at least 3 years of experience.
* Proven track record of success in sales and account management, with a strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and analytics to inform sales and marketing strategies.
