The ideal candidate should have +3 years of professional experience working with Salesforce solutions. They should also have hands-on experience in building and operating Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service environments. A solid technical foundation in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Flows is required, as well as configuring complex Salesforce systems. Additionally, strong IT affinity with broad knowledge of Software as a Service (SaaS), databases, and CRM systems is necessary. The candidate should have excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and strong team collaboration skills. Fluency in English, spoken and written, is mandatory.
