Your Role in a Nutshell
* Design & Build high converting websites
– Write texts, design visuals and build out pages with Webflow and Framer.
* Lead the Glow-Up process
– Get clients from the first workshop to their final website handover, step by step.
* Handle Clients End-to-End
– Pretty websites, yes. But a happy client also needs great communication and guidance during the process.
* Design and build internal tools
– Whenever we need websites or tools for lead generation (or future startup spin offs), you get the chance to show you are a true builder
* Work directly with high-level founders
– Our clients are A-Players, Leaders and Future Billionaires. Learn from and with them.

How a typical week looks like
* Morning Updates & Training
– We kick off the week, give an update about our projects and train things that we need to improve. Async in Slack, or in our office in Lisbon.
* Focus Time, Client Work
– Use Figma, Webflow & Framer to design & build amazing websites, uninterrupted.
* Feedback Sessions, Client Presentations
* We go through new designs, iterate on them and prepare client presentations (In Figjam, Loom or Tella)
* Project management & communication
– Updating tasks and progress in Notion, writing new SOPs and updating clients every other day.
* Personal Growth
– Learn new tools, vibe code a product or share your work on Linkedin.
