The challenge
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to lead the implementation of our software at food factories, ensure smooth onboarding for new users, and build long-term relationships with our clients.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be working closely with both our internal teams and factory teams. You'll need to understand complex manufacturing processes, translate them into software workflows, and ensure every implementation delivers real value from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with the Sales team to understand client needs and deliver tailored, technical product demos that show how BRAINR solves real operational challenges.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of our MES platform - define plans, coordinate teams, track timelines, and ensure go-lives run smoothly.
- Deliver onboarding sessions and user training adapted to different factory roles, with clear documentation and hands-on support.
- Build trust and be the main point of contact during and after rollout. Proactively identify areas for improvement and expansion.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Support to share client feedback, troubleshoot issues, and shape future improvements.
Minimum Requirements
What we're looking for:
You'll Be a Great Fit If You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in software implementation, customer success, or technical consulting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics to both factory workers and C-level stakeholders
- Solid understanding of manufacturing operations - experience in the food industry is a big plus
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, customer-facing role
- Hands-on experience with product demos or pre-sales activities
- A problem-solving mindset and a customer-first attitude
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, IT, or similar
- Willingness to travel
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
