We are looking for a talented and accomplished French Quality Analyst & Trainer to be responsible for supervising an assigned team to meet or exceed client /corporate goals.
Our client is a global leader in insurance broking and risk management, bringing global, national, and industry-specific solutions.
In this project, your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Deliver training to new classes as per client and Foundever standards.
2. Build and deliver training updates to existing associates.
3. Lead all communication with the client regarding training updates, plans, and feedback.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, ensuring alignment with their expectations and addressing any concerns promptly.
5. Take full ownership of the Training Road Map Tracker, ensuring it is consistently accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with program requirements.
6. Monitor training progress, identify gaps, and implement corrective measures when needed.
7. Provide updates, insights, and recommendations on training matters to drive program success.
8. Ensure that appropriate training and development is in place to address client quality initiatives.
9. Represent the role in all relevant meetings and conference calls, including Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs).
10. Provide relevant information for the Monthly Quality Report.
11. Attend and participate in meetings with supervisors and Team Managers / Project Leaders to discuss outputs of monitoring and training.
12. Act at least half a day per week as a CSR to keep up experience.
To succeed in the role, you will need to have:
13. Native or proficient level of French - mandatory
14. Computer literate – word and excel intermediate level
15. Evidence of effective interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills.
16. Excellent telephone, keyboard, verbal and written communication skills.
17. Good numeric and verbal reasoning skills.
18. Effective time management.
19. Ability to organize and prioritize, set priorities and multi-task.

27. Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
28. Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal
29. Availability to work 100% from Sete Rios site – mandatory
30. Availability to work from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday
Education and experience
31. Bachelor's degree or directly related work experience
32. Experience as a Quality, Trainer or similar position
