This role will support the delivery of high-quality service within the Customer Support - Finnish team.
You will cover customer retention and intervene to improve customer loyalty, brand integrity, responsible gambling, retention, and relationship building.
Your Responsibilities:
* Provide world-class customer service by responding to customer queries via telephone, email, and online chats in Finnish and/or English.
* Assist with tasks within other regions using company translation tools if all tasks on your product have been completed.
* Process and resolve incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment.
* Process pertinent information into relevant databases.
* Complete tasks assigned during your shift.
* Built customer relationships and manage cross-selling of products and services.
* Solve problems during your shift.
* Take full responsibility for customer-related queries.
* Manage time effectively and adhere to schedules.
* Perform extra tasks given by managers or shift supervisors as required.
Essential Skills:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
* Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Finnish first language with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Fluent in English with effective communication skills.
* A valid work/residence permit for Lisbon, Portugal or Cape Town, South Africa.
* Availability for 24/7 shift rotations.
* Completed high school qualification.
* Two years' work experience post-qualification.
Desirable Skills:
* In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets.
* Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry.
* Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements.
* Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies.
* A degree in a relevant field.
