Key Account Manager
The ideal candidate will have more than 3 years of relevant work experience in sales and key account management, with a deep understanding of distributors, chain retailers, and dealers.
* Maintain close communication with customers, monitor their daily sales and operations, and assist in enhancing their sales and operational capabilities.
* Manage the pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales customer relationships for the new and existing customers.
* Develop and execute strategic plans to expand distribution channels and increase market share.
* Collaborate on customer-related matters including contracts, orders, logistics, after-sales service, and marketing, liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.
* Oversee the monthly sales forecast, sales plan, delivery, and payment.
* Participate in annual marketing activities.
