By ensuring robust, reliable, and user-centric tools, Customer Tools plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence and enhancing performance across the global fleet.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and evolve the technical architecture of software components and services used in turbine and plant operationsProvide clear technical direction to the team, ensuring high‐quality architecture, reliability, and scalabilityTranslate business and functional requirements into clear technical designs and development plansEnsure best‐practice implementation across the codebase for complex modulesGuide architectural decisions and contribute to the long‐term technical roadmapWrite high‐quality, maintainable, and testable code, setting the standard for the rest of the teamPerform technical investigations, diagnose complex issues, and lead root‐cause analysisMentor developers of different experience levels and help raise the technical maturity of the teamCollaborate with Product Owners, architects, and cross‐functional stakeholders to align on prioritiesEnsure documentation is accurate and kept up‐to‐dateContribute to continuous improvement of tools, processes, and engineering cultureQualificationsBSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar6+ years of professional experience in software developmentExtensive experience in C# /.
