Job Description
We are seeking a skilled software engineer to lead high-impact engineering projects and shape the future of our digital solutions. With a focus on technical excellence, you will be responsible for driving complex software engineering projects from requirements analysis and architecture to deployment and long-term evolution.
Your primary objective will be to set best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, version control, and scalable architectures. Additionally, you will serve as a technical reference and mentor guiding and supporting engineering teams in Node.js frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1. 8–10 years of hands-on experience in software engineering.
2. A strong expertise in areas like backend development, cloud computing or data science is required.
3. You should have extensive experience with Node.js ecosystems including Express or NestJS as well as REST/GraphQL APIs familiarity is necessary.
4. Distributed systems microservices serverless architecture using Node.js is an added advantage along with working knowledge of relational databases such PostgreSQL or MySQL schema design performance tuning writing complex queries is needed.
