Business Development Manager EMEA Market

About Us:

We are a leading SaaS technology company that has developed an AI booking assistant and omnichannel hotel service platform, winning multiple global awards in the hospitality/tourism industry.

Our team of skilled professionals is located across 7 countries and is expanding globally. We have more than 4,000 customers in +80 countries and communicate in several languages 24/7.

In this role, you will be responsible for the entire sales funnel, from generating new opportunities to acquiring new clients in the EMEA market (Europe, Middle East, and Africa).

* Prospect new clients by telephone, email, and social media;
* Work in partnership with our BDRs and demonstrate our product;
* Present our solution with a focus on the prospect's needs and opportunities;
* Prepare and submit proposals according to the profile of each potential client;
* Negotiate prices, contract, and payment terms to close new deals;
* Maintain the CRM up-to-date, fully controlling your process, and achieving individual goals;
* Analyze and improve your own results continuously to help the team achieve the KPI results.

You'll be great at it if:

* You possess strong development and negotiation skills;
* You've proven a high performance and target achievement track record;
* You're highly communicative and enjoy talking with people from several cultures;
* You're self-motivated and driven by challenges;
* You're able to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment;
* You're excited to always learn more;
* You're focused on metrics and closing deals.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience as Inside Sales, Closer or Business Development Manager in SaaS Companies;
* Fluency in English and Spanish – you will be actively working in both markets;
* Strong and professional communication skills - written, verbal, presentation;
* Available to work 40 hours per week;
* Good Internet speed - you will work remotely.

Nice-to-have:

* Experience as Business Development Representative, mainly in outbound prospecting;
* Previous experience in the hospitality market.
