We're Hiring: Customer Support Representative Our client is a well-established association that supports motorists and promotes mobility across Portugal.
They offer a wide range of services to their members, including roadside assistance, document renewal support, insurance services, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle requests for assistance involving individuals and vehicles, ensuring service level agreements are met.
Coordinate available support resources efficiently.
Perform administrative tasks related to the role.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
High school diploma (12th grade).
Previous experience in a Contact Center environment (mandatory).
Prior experience in Roadside Assistance is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English + Portuguese (C2).
Proficiency in Windows-based tools.
Availability for a temporary summer project.
