Administrative and Financial Assistant Role in Pharmaceutical Industry
Pharmaplanet, a pharmaceutical laboratory specializing in scientific and commercial services, seeks an Administrative and Financial Assistant.
This role involves integrating into a project in partnership with a prestigious multinational client within the Pharmaceutical Industry, providing technical solutions across the health sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Submitting Purchase Orders (POs) using SAP.
Registering and onboarding suppliers via the ARIBA platform.
Managing the back-office email inbox and handling weekly correspondence.
Approving invoices efficiently.
Submitting necessary changes to POs on relevant platforms.
Assisting with the analysis of open Purchase Orders.
Completing contract templates accurately.
Managing healthcare professional activities, overseeing the internal process from initial approval through to conclusion.
Reconciling documentation.
Communicating effectively with various internal stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience in at least one of the following fields: financial, administrative, commercial, or Marketing.
Proficiency in SAP and ARIBA systems.
Fluency in English (mandatory).
Strong analytical capabilities.
Excellent communication skills.
Demonstrated resilience and proactivity.
Immediate availability is required.
