We are currently seeking for a
Service Integration Analyst
to join our CMS team in Porto, Portugal.

What you'll be doing:
* Integrate our CMS (Consultancy, Maintenance and Support) team, to support several international clients;
* Troubleshooting and Bug fixing;
* Resolve client incidents and attend to user requests;
* Change Request Development;
* Work with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery;
What we are looking for:
* Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering;
* 2-4 years of experience working with systems integration;
* Knowledge of PL/SQL;
* Knowledge of Unix OS;
* Knowledge of REST and SOAP API integration;
* Experience working independently in a team-oriented, collaborative environment;
* Experience providing IT support to clients;
* Availability for on-Call;
* Proficiency in English is mandatory.
What would be a plus:
* ITIL Foundation certification;
* Knowledge of WSO2;
* Knowledge of ODI (Oracle Data Integrator);
* Knowledge of integration tools and technologies, namely Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Fusion Middleware (SOA Suite, OSB);
* Knowledge of Oracle Retail architecture and integration solutions, on-premises and/or cloud versions (RIB, RICS, BDI, RFI);
* Experience in integration architectures and solutions in different environments (on-premises, cloud, hybrid);
* Knowledge or some experience with SAP;
* Experience with Java;
* Experience with Spring Boot;
* Proficiency in Spanish.
