What we are looking for
Hard skills
* 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting mission-critical database environments on AWS
* Proven experience with AWS RDS and Aurora (PostgreSQL and MySQL)
* Proven experience with Amazon Redshift
* Strong track record in database performance tuning and query optimization
* Experience working in shift-based and on-call support environments
* Very good English skills
