Europcar Services is the Shared Services Centre of Europcar Mobility Group opened in Oeiras, Portugal in early 2014 to handle and provide, mainly, financial services and to harmonize and optimize processes. It has grown rapidly and now counts more than 350 employees, making it one of the largest sites within the Europcar Group. Europcar Services is looking for someone to work with Recruitment and Learning.
Main responsibilities
* Experienced with full life cycle technical recruiting through Workday
* Design And Update Job Descriptions
* Source potential candidates from various online channels
* Screen incoming resumes through Workday
* Interview candidates (via phone, video or in-person)
* Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
* Job offers
* Administrative tasks (prepare HR documents, contracts and new hire guides, introduce each new employee into our system, etc.)
* Staying current on the company\'s organizational structure, personnel policy and laws regarding employment practices
* Training of employees, as well as the promotion of organizational effectiveness
* Organization of the induction program, language courses, leadership training, etc
Key Skills
* Minimum Degree in Human Resources Management, Organization Psychology or relevant field
* Ability to quickly become a proficient user of the company systems (Minimal, Workday, Service Now, Microsoft Office package)
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Good interpersonal skills
* Team player
* Able to process sensitive information
* Organizational skills
* English (fluent mandatory)
