Job Description As an R&D Controlling Business Partner, you enable innovation by providing transparent financial insights and performance excellence.
You collaborate with cross-functional, international teams to ensure sustainable business success.
Responsibilities Driving Conceptual Development & Performance Management You independently coordinate PDPI (Product Delivery Performance Indicator) controlling within a cross-functional network.
You develop and optimize controlling concepts, focusing on innovation and continuous improvement.
You enhance project steering dashboards and data quality, working closely with the PMO, Business Units, and existing systems.
Strategic Business Partnering & Challenging Insights You act as the trusted Business Partner for central R&D functions, meeting all commercial and controlling-related topics.
You proactively challenge project assumptions and calculations, especially regarding profitability, efficiency, and strategic alignment.
You define, track, and analyze commercial OKRs, enabling data-driven decisions and continuous performance improvement.
Governance & Standards You govern the R&D project calculation template, ensuring alignment with central guidelines, standards, and best practices.
You contribute to governance topics and support the definition of new standards within your scope of responsibility.
Qualifications Education : University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on Controlling or Finance.
Experience : Several years of relevant professional experience in Controlling, Finance, or Business Partnering, preferably within an R&D or innovation-driven environment.
Know-how : Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI;
confident handling of SAP;
knowledge of IFRS and project-based financial steering is a plus.
Working Style : Structured, analytical, solution-oriented;
independent with effective collaboration in cross-functional, international teams;
high affinity for data,processes, and continuous improvement.
Personality : Clear and confident communicator;
curious, resilient, open to change;

Languages : Very good English skills (written and spoken).
