Your Responsibilities
Handle production incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
Coordinate and follow up on infrastructure and application changes (e.g., maintenance windows, server updates).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, DBA, SysAdmin, Networking) to ensure application reliability and performance.
Keep technical documentation updated, including architecture diagrams, procedures, and supervision needs.
Monitor system performance using tools such as Zabbix or Grafana, and ensure adherence to SLA requirements.
Manage backups and perform restoration testing regularly.
Analyze recurring incidents, identify root causes, and propose automation or improvement initiatives.
Participate in the architecture and deployment of new applications, ensuring infrastructure compliance.
